Preston is the Director of Operations at IdeaWins. Preston has extensive experience in business to business sales, internal operations, & customer success management. Most recently he was the Director of Customer Success at ERC Specialists. Alongside Tyler, he worked to grow ERC Specialists from the start up phase to well over 100 employees and filing the ERC for thousands of small business owners. He finds fulfillment in working to create opportunities for others to grow individually & professionally alongside him.
